Change Indicators

Getting organized involves making changes. How do you know when it’s time for a change? There are many change indicators, including a few below.  Which ones resonate with you?

  • Spark- Have you recently heard, read, or discussed an idea that got you excited? The energy surge or “spark” that you felt can be change calling you.
  • Environment- How is your physical space? Does it support who you are and what you do? When your space isn’t working, you can feel overwhelmed or frustrated. This is another change indicator.
  • Thoughts- Is your mind filled with negative thoughts? Are you having challenges experiencing gratitude, joy and mindfulness? Internal restlessness and discontent can be an indicator for change.
