Resolutions

With the New Year brings opportunities for change. If your resolutions include reducing stress and clutter, consider theses ideas:

  • Declutter Your Mind – Constantly thinking about our “to do” lists causes stress. Do a brain download to paper or recording. From there begin to edit, sort and prioritize. Stress will decrease. Focus will increase. You will accomplish more.

  • Declutter Your Time – We each have 24 hours in a day. Is your calendar overflowing? Take time to analyze the “yeses.” Determine what can be released to increase your breathing time.

  • Declutter Your Space – Excess physical clutter can cause stress. Hunting for hidden items, tripping over stacks of papers or negotiating through overflowing closets is not fun. Work on one small area at a time and watch your clutter and stress lessen.
