Time Management
Are you overwhelmed with the many new happenings and changes in routine for the fall? Consider these ideas:
- "Not" Think Time - Are your bounty of responsibilities causing procrastination? Take a slight diversion with enough time to refresh and recharge. Take a walk, call a friend, or watch a movie. Indulge and then move on.
- List Time - You've had a break. Now grab a pen and download all those "to dos" on to paper. Slow down and focus on only one or two items to accomplish today.
- Compassion Time - We are marvelously capable beings, but we are also human beings. Be kind to yourself.
